The Cypress Trail RV Park is being developed and is owned by JL Cypress Trails, LLC, an affiliate of JL Properties, Inc. based in Alaska.

JL Properties, Inc. was formed in 1990 by the two current principals. Over the past 10 years, JL has, together with affiliates, successfully undertaken the development of many new projects involving over $1 billion in construction activity.

These projects have included eight office buildings, totaling over 1 million square feet of Class A office space, over 3,200 military housing units and a 100,000-square-foot high-tech industrial plant in Utah.

As enthusiastic supporters of the environment, it was essential to create a nature trail through the preserve at Cypress Trail RV Resort so guests and residents could enjoy the beauty of Florida's natural wildlife.
